The Commercial Operations and Distribution Team located in Bucharest and part of the MS/SOD department is supporting the worldwide commercial operations and distribution processes to ensure the optimum supply of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars to the markets.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven and enthusiastic candidate to join our team for Passenger Cars in Bucharest as Commercial Operations Specialist.

Main responsibilities and everyday challenges:

• You perform group-internal commercial activities related to financial and invoicing processes, individualization of vehicles, prioritization of vehicles before production and maintenance of conditions.
• You ensure permanent communication with the headquarter team regarding commercial processes.
• You communicate with internal process partners, such as plants, Market Performance Centers and General Importers worldwide
• You monitor orders and ensure transparency on timing regarding production schedules
• You bundle requests for group-internal Market Performance Center and General Importers and forward them to the headquarter.

What we expect from you:

• University degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Engineering or related

• Highly proficient in written and spoken German and English

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong team player, with the ability to maintain effective relationship in multicultural teams

• Able to cope with stress, display calm and positive energy

• PC knowledge, proficient in MS Office, good Excel knowledge

• Ability to prioritize effectively, and work productively

• Pro-active attitude, assertiveness and good problem-solving skills

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical skills, organized and structured working mode, with high attention to details.
