A Snapshot of Your Day

In your new position as Commercial Project Manager, you will actively support the technical sales department in project acquisition and execution. You will be responsible for order processing, commercial management of orders, order entry, commercial processing and invoicing, as well as the implementation of targets. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal departments and oversee commercial projects as CPM, taking on project controlling, budgeting of projects, and preparation of forecasts; always based on modern digital solutions in SAP and Data Management environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will support an experienced global service team, which is taking care of international service business for Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators. You will support process standardization in Finance, project reporting via PDASH, project forecasting etc. You will be closely working together with business controlling and monitoring productivity measures in service. You will drive digitalization in Finance activities and familiarize yourself with the latest technologies, Power BI, SAC, Alteryx and UiPath and actively bringing new impulses in the team: Global cooperation is close to your heart, and you ensure alignment within the Finance community. You will be responsible for global NCC reporting and closely working together with the technical team of the business. Coordination with internal departments such as manufacturing, purchasing, shipping and ECC will be part of your tasks. You are actively involved in risk and claim management and control periodic closing activities

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable Relevant professional experience in commercial sales or in the handling of projects. Knowledge of contractual law, customer negotiations and execution of small projects required Experienced in FIN digitalization, using tools like Power BI, SAC or Alteryx, strong digital affine and are willing for proactive learning of FIN digitalization SAP and MS office skills, in best case experienced with modern dashes & data management systems like Alteryx, Power BI, SAC, UiPath Fluently in English, German language is a plus
