Tasks

• Verification, approval, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; software: AS4U / Invoice4U
• Issuance of invoices to clients and other contracting parties; software: AS4U / Invoice4U
• Participation in negotiations for subcontracts, supply contracts, purchase orders, service contracts, and other agreements according to internal procedures; drafting and preparing contract award proposals, contracts, and addendums according to templates and corporate guidelines
• Cost accounting for assigned projects according to corporate guidelines, including accruals and reporting to commercial group leader
• Quarterly forecasting of projects’ performance and results in cooperation with project manager and technical controller; analysis, monitoring, and reporting of project budgets, costs, and revenues; preparation of commercial and financial reports for management
• Verification of compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation (for commercial project activities)
• Preparation of commercial correspondence to clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of AS400 operation is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with project planning and coordination in collaboration with technical and site teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and results orientation
• Autonomy and professional responsibility
• Integrity and rigor in handling financial data
• Willingness to travel to project sites, if required
• Solid understanding cost control, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting for construction projects and knowledge of contract management are considered an advantage
