Qualifications:

• CIPS or Business Bachelor’s Degree, Economic or Procurement Qualification
• At least 5 years of Procurement and Supply Chain experience, in a Production environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Familiar with electronics and mechanical raw parts base
• Logical, structured and proactive mindset
• Procurement and negociation experience

Some responsibilities you’ll cover:

• Clear delivery plan for our short/medium/long-term Procurement Cost improvements
• Alignment with the Supply Chain function in ensuring Suppliers deliver in line with the Business requirements and support our overall measures of Quality, Cost, Innovation, Delivery and metrics
• Demonstrate required performance for our Suppliers on our New Product Development requirements and the delivery of these plans in line with our Projects specifically on Cost targets and Production requirements
• Agreement of Supplier Contracts to demonstrate the efficient performance of our Supplier Regular updates o transport data base
• Develop and demonstrate short/medium//long term strategies by Category/ sub-Category area of responsibilities and lead the implementation of these strategies and deliverables
• Take the lead in the development of our relationships and processes with each of our partners and supporting each functional areas requirements and deliverables.
• Report through a clearly developed scorecard for measuring Supplier/Business performance against the key targets and initiatives
• Work cross functionally in aligning the Business requirements from our current and future Supplier Base
• Align to our overall Strategic requirements including the delivery of our LCC/Regionalization KPI’s and our overall yearly performance against QCIDM
