What you’ll be doing
- Engage daily with high-value players via dedicated communication channels
- Handle low to mid-tier player issues and support requests
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and clear communication around game updates
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars and community campaigns
- Support and execute marketing initiatives aligned with LiveOps activities
- Plan and execute (or oversee the execution of) basic visual assets
- Track community activity and player sentiment through weekly/monthly reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Community Managers to align on calendars and initiatives
- Implement creative ideas related to engagement, communication, and marketing
