Are you ready to take on the challenge of innovating in retail? We are looking for a future colleague to join our team with the mission of contributing to the development of a modern business model, in the role of Compensation Benefits Analyst.
You’ll play a key role in analyzing, modeling, and reporting compensation data — ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Your main responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Financial Modeling
- Develop and maintain complex Excel or Google Sheets models to simulate salary costs, pay increases, and bonus structures;
- Extract, clean, and validate payroll data from HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP);
- Build automated databases to monitor salary and benefits evolution over time;
- Track pay equity indicators (e.g., gender pay gap), identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions;
Reporting & Presentation
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on personnel costs, turnover, and salary distribution;
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards (Excel, Looker Studio) to visualize key Compensation & Benefits KPIs;
- Support annual budgeting processes and follow-up reports (actual vs. budgeted);
- Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and prepare presentations for management (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
Compensation & Internal Equity
- Ensure all compensation decisions (promotions, salary adjustments) comply with internal policies;
- Coordinate the Annual Salary Review process, calculating and allocating the salary increase budget;
- Manage the annual Performance Bonus process — from communication and implementation to calculation and validation (SuccessFactors).
- Experience in creating job grading rewards
- Experience on creating and making salary surveys
Benefits & Policies
- Periodically assess the cost and attractiveness of the benefits package (medical insurance, meal vouchers, various bonuses, etc.);
- Participate in salary market surveys and adjust internal benchmarks accordingly;
- Ensure that all C&B policies and reports comply with labor law and internal regulations.
Support & Implementation
- Provide training and support to managers and HR teams on compensation tools, policies, and data interpretation;
- Propose and implement process improvements, focusing on automation and data efficiency.
Profile we are looking for:
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, HR, or related fields);
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (complex formulas, financial modeling, pivot tables, dashboards);
- Strong reporting and presentation skills (PowerPoint);
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities;
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
