We’re looking for a experienced, proactive and detail-oriented Senior Configuration Management Assistant to join our team in Brașov. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments to improve processes, manage product data, and ensure quality in our ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Improve CM procedures and tools
• Analyze data and recommend solutions
• Manage product/document revisions in ERP
• Coordinate SCD community meetings
• Assist with change orders and project support
• Act as ERP superuser and tester

Skills:

• Background in data/documentation/process management
• Experience with ERP systems
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint & MS Office
• Strong English skills
• Structured, analytical, team player
• Curious, self-driven, and quality-focused
