ALTEX Romania is looking for an experienced Construction & Asset Project Manager to join its Construction team. The selected candidate will coordinate, support, and monitor construction projects within the company's portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery across Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including task identification, scheduling, and estimation of material, financial, and human resources.
• Oversee and ensure the successful execution of assigned construction projects, meeting agreed deadlines, quality standards, and execution schedules.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate execution activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate all activities required to obtain urban planning certificates, permits, and building authorizations, while maintaining communication with relevant authorities.
• Monitor the execution of contracts, including payments, work completion reports, and contractual documentation.
• Plan, supervise, and control project activities together with the project team.
• Prepare periodic progress reports on project status and performance.
• Review and monitor project execution schedules.
• Estimate project costs and manage project budgets.
• Prepare work statements and documentation in accordance with execution contracts.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating critical matters to management when necessary.
• Report deviations from project plans regarding budget, schedule, or quality, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
• Ensure proper organization and archiving of all project-related documentation.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Solid experience in Project Management and Strategic Project Management.
• Experience with project budgeting and cost estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
