How can you contribute?
As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of all civil works (embankments, roads, foundations, drainage), for the 430 MW photovoltaic project, located in Arad, (Graniceri village), ensuring the necessary conditions for the installation of the photovoltaic system and compliance with geotechnical and project requirements.
During the bidding stage of a project the site manager is the main contributors to the cost estimation and planning process.
Reports to: Construction Manager

• Road and foundation supervisors
• Civil subcontractors

What will be yours day to day activities?
Civil Works Management
Coordinates:

• land preparation (clearing, leveling)
• earthworks
• access roads and internal roads
• PV structure foundations (piles, concrete)
• drainage and water management

Ensures:

• land stability
• site accessibilityTechnical Control and Quality

Checks the works according to:

• geotechnical study
• compaction specifications

Monitors:

• soil density
• leveling and tolerances

Coordinates:

• laboratory and field tests

Manages:

• non-conformities and remediationSubcontractor Management

Coordinates subcontractors for:

• earthworks
• roads
• foundations

Monitors:

• productivity (m³/day, km road/day)

Verify compliance with methodologies
Planning and Progress

• Plans: civil works sequencing
• Monitors: physical progress (surface prepared, foundations executed)
• Reports: available work fronts for mechanical/electrical

Resource Management
Plans:

• equipment (excavators, compactors, bulldozers)
• work teams

Provides:

• materials (ballast, aggregates, concrete)

Monitors the efficient use of resources
Technical Interface
Collaborate with:

• Mechanical Site Manager (assembly tolerances)
• Electrical Site Manager (cable trenches)

Interface with:

• geotechnical laboratory
• design team

HSE
Monitors:

• heavy equipment work
• ground stability

Ensures:

• compliance with safety procedures

Participates in:

• risk assessments

Handover of Work Fronts
Handovers:

• areas prepared for mechanical installation
• electrical cable routes

Checks:

• compliance before handover
