About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full execution of an onshore wind farm project in Constanța, Romania. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing all construction activities from start to finish, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for the wind farm project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and report regularly on project status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale renewable energy projects (wind).
• Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects of wind farm construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Constanța for the duration of the project.
• Fluency in English, & Romanian language

• Extensive walking, standing, climbing, and balancing on uneven terrain.
• Exposure to outdoor weather, heights, confined spaces, noise, and remote locations.
• Frequent travel to project sites.
