About the Company
Our client is a well-established Romanian contractor with over 30 years of experience in delivering electrical installations and infrastructure projects.
The company operates nationwide and is involved in industrial, public, and energy-related projects, covering the full lifecycle from execution to commissioning.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Construction Site Manager – Electrical Works to oversee on-site execution across multiple projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and execution teams
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with technical documentation and project requirements
- Enforce health & safety standards on site
- Review drawings and technical documentation
- Prepare and maintain site reports and progress updates
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
Candidate Profile
Must have:
- Experience in electrical works / installations within construction projects
- Proven site coordination experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication with teams and stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in infrastructure or industrial projects
- Exposure to public or energy-related works
Compensation & Benefits
- RON 16,000 – 24,000 gross/month
