Construction Supervising Engineer (Solar PV & HV Substations)
EATON PC, with many years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector, is seeking Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers for solar photovoltaic park and high-voltage substation projects in the wider region of Timișoara.
Responsibilities

• Reports to the Project Manager and prepares daily and weekly reports on the progress of works.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with provisions related to the project budget, schedule milestones, and construction quality.
• Supports on-site supervision of construction activities and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
• Reviews measurements, certifications, and other contractual documentation.
• Collects and archives the required documentation throughout the preparation and implementation phases of the Project.
• Prepares work progress reports, risk analysis reports, and assessments of current and future requirements, aiming at the timely and accurate information of all involved stakeholders.

Required Skills

• The positions are open to Entry-Level as well as Senior candidates.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to work in compliance with established procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach.
• Effective management of multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability.
