Role Description This full-time, on-site Consultant role is based in Braşov, Romania. The Consultant will advise individual and corporate clients on life, health, and pension solutions, helping them analyze their needs and make informed financial protection decisions. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, presenting customized insurance and investment options, preparing proposals and documentation, and supporting clients throughout the onboarding and policy lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current on company products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and contributing to business development and client retention initiatives. The Consultant is expected to maintain high ethical standards and deliver a consistent, client-focused experience.
Qualifications

• Strong client advisory and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable financial and protection solutions.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities in en_US and Romanian, including clear explanation of complex insurance and pension concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting client data, market information, and regulatory guidelines.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in financial services, insurance, or related fields.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in preparing documentation and following internal processes.
• Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or pensions are an advantage.
