At Giant Group we have an exciting opportunity for Specialist Suport Angajați / Consultant Suport Angajați (in UK known as Employee Support Officer) to join our growing team.


Job Title: Specialist Suport Angajați /Consultant Suport Angajați / Employee Support Officer

Department: Employee Support Officer

Location: Hybrid – initially at home, office based in future at Suceava, Romania.

Salary: 7500 RON per month

Hours: 40hrs, 8hrs per day, Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 7:00pm

Tenure: Permanent

About the role

Employed by Native Teams in Romania, you will work as the Employee Support Advisor for Giant Group in UK.


As the Employee Support Officer, you be the liaising with our employees to successfully improve on customer issues, complaints, and inquiries all the while maintaining and providing customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Your ultimate objectiveis to provide exemplary support to field employees of giant by assisting with timesheet entry, providing step-by-step guidance of the employee portal, advice, and information on their employment rights (e.g., statutory entitlements) as well as providing detailed payroll analysis.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Answering large volumes of calls and emails, providing exemplary customer service to field employees
  2. Maintaining good relationships with field employees, agencies, and other internal departments
  3. Listening to the customers patiently and resolving queries, escalating to line manager if queries persist.
  4. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  5. Respond to queries and issues of the customer promptly ensuring that these are resolved at the first attempt
  6. Managing your own workload and keeping to agreed SLAs
  7. Identify issues with current operating practice and suggesting ways to improve operating performance.
  8. Develop new processes and practices to advocate a culture of continuous improvement
  9. Achieve high survey scores which look to secure “Yes I would recommend giant “answers from clients


Your ideal experience & competencies

Ideally you would have a suitable related degree, at least 1 years’ experience as a customer services advisor. Have knowledge of payroll, tax, and compliance.


You must be able to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask. Have excellent attention to detail, have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.


  • Proficient in Microsoft office is required.
  • Knowledge or experience of speaking to customers on the phone
  • Understanding and striving to achieve the Giant people values is essential.
