You need to successfully:

• Defining, monitoring, and optimizing the application adoption funnel;
• Developing and implementing user engagement and retention strategies;
• Coordinating and executing adoption tactics for new consumer-facing services and features;
• Defining the consumer engagement campaign strategy;
• User segmentation and profiling based on data (behavioral, lifecycle, value);
• Coordinating and optimizing push notification campaigns, newsletters, and other communication channels;
• Optimizing communication journeys and the overall user experience;
• Using and developing first-party tracking solutions;
• Defining KPIs and monitoring performance;
• Coordinating paid media campaigns with a performance-driven focus;
• Ensuring alignment between paid media efforts and engagement & adoption objectives;
• Continuous testing and optimization (A/B testing, messaging, audiences, channels).

We’d love it if you had:

• Strong background in digital marketing, preferably within digital products or applications;
• Proven experience in:
  • User growth and engagement
  • Conversion and adoption funnels
  • CRM campaigns and lifecycle marketing
  • Performance marketing / paid media.
• Basic understanding of tracking and analytic & digital products and technical processes
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• High level of autonomy and ownership over results;
• Flexibility and adaptability;
• Solution-oriented & creative mindset;
• Strong cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills.
