Consumer Insights Specialist 

We are looking for a Consumer Insights Specialist to turn consumer and shopper data into actionable insights and recommendations, define and coordinate market research, and collaborate with internal teams to integrate the customer perspective into the company's strategic and commercial decisions.

What you'll have to do:

Defining and Planning Marketing Research:

  • Understanding business objectives and translating them into clear research goals;
  • Proposing the most suitable research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, desk research, etc.) for each project;

Coordinating External Research Projects:

  • Drafting briefs and participating in the selection process of agencies (pitch, evaluation, negotiation);
  • Coordinating external research studies (ad-hoc and/or continuous) conducted by specialized agencies;
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, and the quality of deliverables;
  • Validating and approving research tools (questionnaires, discussion guides);
  • Reviewing, validating, and interpreting results delivered by agencies;

Conducting In-House Research:

  • Carrying out end-to-end internal studies: design, data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting, including conclusions and recommendations;
  • Ensuring efficient project management for internally conducted studies;

Data Analysis and Insight Generation from Combined Sources:

  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and combining them with internal data; extending and validating insights through additional analyses;
  • Performing statistical analyses and relevant segmentations on external study databases, in addition to those provided by agencies;
  • Correlating primary data with secondary data and integrating information from internal sources (CRM, sales data, etc.) to provide a complete perspective on consumers or the business context;
  • Tracking relevant consumer trends and macroeconomic developments;
  • Providing context and forecasts based on changes in consumer behavior;

Delivering and Communicating Results:

  • Creating and delivering clear and relevant presentations and reports for internal stakeholders (marketing, product, commercial, strategy);
  • Turning complex data into clear insights useful for strategic decision-making;

Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Support:

  • Collaborating with department colleagues and providing ad-hoc support in cross-departmental projects and during key sales events at the company level.

What makes you a good fit:

  • A university degree in marketing, sociology, or economics;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in market research (client service in a research agency or in a client's market research/consumer insights department);
  • Good knowledge of research methodologies and tools; knowledge of statistical software (SPSS) is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and technical (IT&C) skills - intermediate level;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a solution-oriented mindset;
  • A desire for continuous personal and professional development;
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
