KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping:
Record and categorize financial transactions using accounting software or manually, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Romanian accounting standards.
Invoice Processing:
Generate and process invoices for goods and services, ensuring that they comply with local tax regulations.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide an overview of the company's financial position.
Expense Management:
Track and manage company expenses, ensuring that they are properly documented and reimbursed according to company policies and local regulations.
Compliance with Accounting Standards:
Stay up to date with changes in Romanian accounting regulations and ensure that the company's financial practices align with these standards.
Communication with Tax Authorities:
Correspond with tax authorities as needed, responding to inquiries, submitting required documents, and ensuring the company is following tax regulations.
Audit Preparation:
Prepare documentation and assist auditors during external or internal audits to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Other reports required by management.
