🧾 What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in our daily accounting operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Reconciliation of bank payments
• Processing vendor invoices
• Monitoring payment statuses and overdue balances
• Providing support to operational teams, including handling reversals
• Collaborating closely with senior accountants and the wider team

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
🎯 Must-Have Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong English skills (B2 - C1 level)
• Solid Excel skills
• Accounting studies, certification, or diploma
• A team-player attitude, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Precision and attention to detail
• An organized, structured way of working
• Comfort with a fast-changing environment
• Quick learner of new systems and workflows

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
These aren’t mandatory, but they’ll give you an edge:

• Experience with Odoo or similar accounting software
• Additional languages: Dutch, German, or others
• Experience with CargoWise or another TMS
• Multi-entity accounting background
