We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a senior position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing and revenue accounting process in a dynamic, project-based environment, including contract and rental invoicing. You’ll work closely with commercial and operational teams, ensuring financial accuracy across complex projects.

• Prepare customer sales invoices based on contracts, order listings, and project quotations.
• Manage the full billing lifecycle, including rental agreements.
• Review offers and orders to understand scope (materials, equipment, services).
• Partner with Sales, Project Management, and Procurement to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify inventory and ensure accurate stock release upon invoicing.
• Upload invoices to SPV and resolve submission errors.
• Record revenue transactions in Navision and reconcile accounts (471, 472, 332, 411, 419, 267).
• Perform customer balance confirmations and reconciliations.
• Maintain clear documentation for contracts and project financials.
• Prepare VAT closing reports and Excel analyses.
• Support month-end, year-end closing, audits, and balance sheet reviews.
• Conduct inventory audits and maintain system updates in ZOHO.
