Salary: RON 6,440/gross

Work Schedule: 9AM-6PM CET (Monday - Friday)

Work Set Up: Permanent Remote / Work-at-Home

Type of Contract: Full Time

Equipment Provision: BYOD


Scope: Contact Non-profit organizations to ensure their volunteering activities that are displayed on the client platform are still up to date and have the right information listed in order to get potential volunteers to sign up for those activities.


The content moderator will contact orgs and either confirm everything is correct, update the information listed or archive information that is no longer relevant.


What are the required qualifications for a Content Moderator?


  • Conduct outreach to charitable organizations (via email, calls, and social media) to validate eligibility and readiness for volunteering features.
  • Consult with nonprofits to understand their needs and identify opportunities for deeper engagement through the client's platform.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging and consistent volunteer opportunity content to drive participation and alignment with client goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of nonprofit volunteering opportunities by reviewing, updating, and archiving outdated listings.
  • Support nonprofits in onboarding and ongoing success, ensuring they understand how to maintain platform eligibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and processes using tools such as Airtable, Salesforce, ChatGPT, and Asana.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (KPIs), flagging barriers and contributing to SMART action planning.
  • Participate in weekly team stand-ups to share updates, identify challenges, and align on goals.


What are the required qualifications of a German Bilingual Content Moderator?


  • Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, international relations, or related field.
  • Fluent in English/German (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders and guiding them through tools or processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools like Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Confluence.
  • Passion for social impact and helping nonprofits thrive on a digital platform.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong team player who builds trust through accountability and collaboration.
  • Confident when engaging with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Airtable and ChatGPT
