YOUR ROLE
Content, Adaptation & Strategy expert is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Mercedes-Benz Campaign Strategy and Content to support and elevate the brand presence and overall digital marketing efforts in the Region Europe markets via the Region Europe Experience Center.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning and executing campaign strategies and activation plan that align with the Mercedes-Benz’s business objectives and local market needs.
- Curate campaign content plan proposal (inclusive of asset sourcing, development, creation, adaptations & management with tools) based on the content strategies and brief requirements.
- Coordinate and initiate strategy & content sessions with internal & external stakeholders to exchange best practices, results, trends and forthcoming campaigns.
- Analyse and review monthly or campaign reports to provide insights and recommendations to determine the effectiveness of content and/or campaign strategies.
- Monitoring and governing campaign content output to streamline with Mercedes-Benz HQ and Region Europe market direction.
- Collaborate and consult with internal (team ×) & external (Region Europe Experience Center Mercedes-Benz & Mercedes-Benz clients) and stakeholders from different work streams (OneWeb/Personalisation, Social, Content Studio, Media, CRM and more) to ensure the delivery of first-class campaigns for Region Europe markets.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required in accordance to the scope of work.
- Stay up to date on latest developments in terms of platform updates, content trends, market trends, competitive landscape and market behaviours.
- Manage the Strategy & Content team to deliver the above responsibilities, and be accountable for their growth, development and delivery.
Skills And Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of skills and experience in strategy & content planning, development, and adaptation, campaign creation and execution.
- Experience and have knowledge of strategy planning and audience insight tools such as GWI, Kantar, etc.
- Experience in managing creative content production and adaptation processes would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Global experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive expertise and proficiency in content creation, adaptation, and best practise for media platforms.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
- Creative mindset and having the ability to think outside the box to strategize engaging campaigns.
- Has a deep understanding of audience behaviour, trends and familiarity with key media channels.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and how effortlessly utilize and translate it on various media platforms.
Education And Other Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Public Relations and related fields or comparable education.
- Familiarity with different media platforms and creative content production.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with strategy insight tools.
- Ability to research current audience behaviours, market and media trends.
- Possessing critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
