At Webuild, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Manager to join the office in Arad.

The ideal candidate will oversee all contract- and cost-related activities on site, working closely with the Project Manager, Works Manager, subcontractors, and the Client/Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and provide continuous contractual support to the project team.
• Prepare monthly valuations, measurements, and final accounts for timely and accurate project payment processes.
• Identify, price, and document variations, claims, and extension of time requests.
• Oversee subcontract and major equipment supplier procurement and administration.
• Monitor project progress versus the program and ensure accurate site records and documentation.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the Client, Engineer, and subcontractors.
• Ensure organized site documentation and provide monthly reporting to Head Office.
• Identification and pricing of Variations (including review of Construction vs Tender Drawings – RED book / revisions to Employer’s Requirements – YELLOW/SILVER books).

Requirements

• Master degree in Law, Civil or Construction Engineering (mandatory)
• +10 years of experience in contractual management and site project support
• Experience in Construction, Oil & Gas and other EPC
• Proficiency in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skilled inpricing variations, EoT & payment claims
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
