GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

With technical education in mechanical or electrical Installations/systems

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and contracting activities for mechanical and/or electrical installations

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering concepts.

Experience in industrial or energy projects represents a strong advantage

Proven background in procurement, bidding process, contract negotiation, contractor management

Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

Ability to perform technical and commercial evaluations of suppliers/subcontractor offers

Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to take quick, well-grounded decisions

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficient in MS Office and specialized software for constructions

JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate market trends.

Preparing and coordinating bidding documentation, RFQs, evaluations of subcontracted works/equipment/materials

Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with qualified suppliers/subcontractors

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

Conducting comparative technical and commercial analyses of suppliers/subcontractor offers (price, quality, schedule, compliance)

Negotiating commercial terms and contract conditions in line with company policies and legal requirements

Drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontract agreements until contract closure

Monitoring subcontractor performance during project execution and addressing deviations or non-compliance

Ensuring effective communication between internal project teams and subcontractors

Providing contractual and commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier management.
