As part of this project, your role as Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
-Managing and processing RFX requests from suppliers and manage contracting process for suppliers;
-Responsible for all operations specific to the process of creating purchase requisitions (PRs) and contracts in the specific Procurement tools (SAP, JIRA, Agora, VMS) on behalf of the client’s users (requisitioners)
-Ensure timely processing of requests related to the procurement strategy (RFX/Contracts, request validation, creation of POs, PO amendments, and sending POs);
-Provide support to internal clients in formalizing/describing their request/field of activity in the RFX process (context, requirements, expectations, budget, deadlines, etc.);
-Creation, publication, management, and analysis of RFX; Technical and commercial summary/RFX analysis; Final supplier selection;
-Contact suppliers to collect the necessary information in the RFX process;
-Manage the Request for Quotation process, including contract negotiations;
-Draft contracts from templates, administer and archive contracts in the necessary system(s);
-Create purchase requests (PRs) and contracts on behalf of users in the specific Procurement tools: SAP, Agora, JIRA, VMS:
-Managing and processing purchase and contract requests received through various channels
-Checking and initiating the necessary roles for users in the procurement and contract tools
-Verifying the existence of suppliers and their qualification status in the specific tools (Sequana, SAP, JIRA, Agora) and initiating their creation/update
-Verifying the existence of contracts and initiating their creation/update
-Checking and processing purchase requests and contracts according to the client's procurement procedures and policies
-Managing non-recurring transactions;
-Provide various reports (regular and ad-hoc);
-Ensure the fulfillment of SLAs and overall management of deliverables;
-Contribute to the process of integrating new team members at the operational level;
-Offer support to team members in clarifying and creating complex projects and events;
-Maintain the process: creating and updating work instructions, managing process documentation, etc.
Critical skills required:
-Advanced English language skills (written, reading and spoken)
-Advanced French language skills (written, reading and spoken)
-Good analytical & synthesis skills
-Rigorous and accurate working style
-Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
-BPO Experience of 3 year minimum in Procurement operations;
-Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes
-Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)
-Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are preferred
