We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. If you enjoy working with data, partnering with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to departments, providing financial insights and supporting decision-making;
• Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities;
• Analyse costs (OPEX) and propose actions to enhance efficiency and optimize performance;
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance;
• Support and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Analyse market data (revenues, volumes, market share) and translate trends into business insights;
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to support management decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis / controlling;
• Excellent planning and monitoring financial/economic indicators skills;
• Advance Excel skills (Power Point is a plus);
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights;
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
