• Strong experience in management and good understanding of company finances (P&L, cost optimization).
• eCommerce experience required
• Amazon and Shopify experience is a major plus

• Manage the operations department directly.
• Coordinate the flow between the teams: Sales, Products and Operations.
• Track goals, KPIs, and project execution.
• Improve processes and operational efficiency.

Ocodile is an international eCommerce brand headquartered in Satu Mare, Romania, that designs and sells montessori style toddler furniture . The company sells primarily in the US and Canada market and is planning to expand into Europe soon. Primary income is through Amazon, and it is currently growing its Shopify store. It has reached over 100.000 customers since it started in 2022.
