Role Description

The Coordinator for Operations & Customer Relations will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring logistical efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing transportation services, coordinating with team members, handling client inquiries, and driving continuous improvement in operational processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Timişoara.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively
• Experience in sales and the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Proficiency in operations management and project management to oversee and streamline processes

• Ability to collaborate in a team and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in the travel or transportation industry is a plus
