We are hiring a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer to join Euromaster Group in Bucharest.

This role sits at the heart of the Group’s ambition to become a green, sustainable network by 2030, turning CSR strategy into concrete action across multiple countries and operational teams.

What you will do:

You will act as both strategic partner and hands-on driver of the CSR agenda, working closely with Group leadership and local country teams.

CSR strategy & agenda ownership

• Define and evolve the CSR project portfolio aligned with Group ambitions

• Identify new sustainability opportunities and assess impact, feasibility, and value

• Support annual prioritization of CSR initiatives

• Adapt CSR approach to the franchise network

End-to-end initiative leadership

• Drive fleet optimization initiatives to reduce fuel consumption and emissions

• Lead pilots such as EV mobile units and assess scalability

• Develop methods to measure and certify CO₂ impact of tire services

• Support circular economy programs (including tire reuse initiatives)

• Contribute to EcoVadis assessment and sustainability scoring

• Support eco-score development and renewable energy exploration (e.g., solar panels)

Local execution & enablement

• Support CSR representatives across countries in implementing initiatives on the ground

• Help operational teams improve energy efficiency (LED rollout, waste management, recycling practices)

• Contribute to training programs and employee engagement initiatives

• Support volunteering activities and local impact programs

Coordination & reporting

• Build and support a strong CSR network across countries

• Collaborate with central teams to scale initiatives globally

• Develop tools to track CSR impact and CO₂ KPIs

• Support CSRD reporting and EU regulatory requirements (e.g. EUDR)

• 3–5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or environmental strategy

• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution

• Experience in multi-country or matrix organizations

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Analytical mindset with interest in impact measurement and reporting

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
