You are the right candidate if you have:


• At least 1 year of experience in a trainer role (experience in delivering training) or in a people management role (coordinating a team)

• Public speaking skills and the ability to deliver various types of training

• Proactive attitude

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• Enjoys training and mentoring

• Advanced English skills (B2–C1) and advanced MS Office package knowledge


Responsibilities:


• Identify, interview, train, and select the best candidates according to the commercial profile and requirements

• Propose improvement ideas to support the training program

• Create training content, when needed

• Maintain a dynamic atmosphere within the training group and the DARE team

• Actively participate in all events (e.g., recruitment days, team-building sessions, career fairs, etc.) organized by DARE Academy and act as a DARE ambassador

• Maintain a good level of communication and information flow between all stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning of the activity

• Evaluate candidates and provide constructive feedback to help trainees reach performance standards

• Assess trainees' progress, adjust learning methods to provide continuous support, and encourage performance

• Act as a manager for trainees during the training period, offering continuous feedback and support

• Keep and maintain contact with participants even after the completion of the training period

• International travel (average of 25%-30%).
