We’re looking for a finance professional who enjoys making numbers meaningful — someone who sees beyond reports and loves helping teams make better operational decisions.

As our Cost Control Manager, you’ll coordinate cost control activities for our First Mile, Warehouse, and Linehaul operations across Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria. You’ll work closely with Operations, Commercial Finance, and your peers in the Cost Control team to bring clarity, consistency, and collaboration to everything we do.

We’d love it if you had:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial management, ideally in logistics, manufacturing, or a cost-intensive business.
• Leadership experience with small or mid-sized teams — you know how to coach, motivate, and delegate effectively.
• Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in controlling;
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros); ERP experience is a plus.
• A mindset for continuous improvement — you like to make processes simpler, faster, and more transparent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — you build bridges, not silos.
• Fluent English; other regional languages are an advantage.

You need to successfully:

• Lead and develop a team of 7, creating a supportive and high-performing work environment.
• Drive harmonization of cost control processes and reporting standards across the three countries.
• Contribute to monthly closings, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate insights for business decisions.
• Partner with Operations to understand cost drivers and help identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support and lead finance transformation initiatives — process mapping, automation, and reporting improvements.
• Build clear, consolidated reports that tell the story behind the numbers.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the region to ensure financial data flows smoothly and accurately.
