About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Creative Content Creator & Editor to build high-performing ads and social media content using existing assets, AI-generated visuals, and a sharp creative eye. Your main focus is turning raw footage, product photos, and generated content into scroll-stopping ads and posts that drive results across our brands.

What You'll Do
- Create ads and social media content using available footage, photos, and brand assets
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn ads
- Generate visuals using AI tools and blend them seamlessly with existing content
- Develop ad concepts, hooks, and visual narratives aligned with campaign goals
- Produce motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and thumbnails
- Retouch and color-grade product and lifestyle photography
- Collaborate with marketing to iterate on creatives based on performance data
- Organize and manage content libraries and asset versions
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a video/photo editor or ad creative (portfolio required)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong photo editing skills in Photoshop and Lightroom
- Solid eye for composition, pacing, typography, and color
- Experience producing content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and paid ad platforms
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Fluent Romanian; working knowledge of English
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience with AI generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Kling, Leonardo, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects)
- Photography, videography, or drone skills (an advantage)
- Copywriting skills for hooks, captions, and ad scripts
- Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven creative iteration
