• Manage end-to-end execution of creative marketing projects, including BTL activations, events, sponsorships, and photo/video shoots;
• Oversee the production of branded materials (merchandise, point-of-sale materials, displays, etc.) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and timely delivery;
• Coordinate sponsorship activations and partnerships, ensuring visibility, compliance, and return on investment;
• Supervise the organization and inventory management of the company’s marketing warehouse to ensure materials are efficiently stored, tracked, and distributed;
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to senior management;
• Create, manage, and maintain budget files for each assigned project as required, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to allocated resources;
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing activities.

Responsabilitati

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the entertainment, FMCG, or gambling sectors;
• Demonstrated ability to manage events, BTL campaigns, sponsorships, and production projects;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under strict deadlines;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is considered an advantage;
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
