Job description:

The Creative & UX Designer (Digital, Print & Visual Media) plays a key role in delivering high-impact visual design across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints for the Hospitality sector. As a senior-level creative, this role brings together design needs from multiple brands under one roof — ensuring consistency, faster execution, and alignment with brand and group standards.

The scope includes everything from website visuals and social media assets to marketing materials, presentations, and photo/video content. The role supports brand storytelling, recruitment campaigns, and content-led marketing across six distinct entities.

In addition to hands-on design work, the Creative & UX Designer serves as the central design lead for the Hospitality sector — responsible for shaping and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all brands, present and future. They define and uphold brand look & feel, acting as the go-to expert for any creative materials, visual direction, or branding requests. This role ensures all outputs feel connected, high-quality, and on-brand across teams, channels, and countries.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and update visual content across six WordPress-based websites, with a strong focus on layout, imagery, and user experience (UI/UX) across desktop and mobile.
  
• Create visually engaging marketing and branding materials — including brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media graphics — in line with established brand guidelines.
  
• Plan, capture, and edit photo/video content for recruitment, internal events, and employer branding; produce lightweight animations and reels for social media.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-country teams to streamline design processes, ensure consistency, and maintain a high-quality creative output across all entities.
  
• Support the website team with front-end layout improvements (no backend development required), helping enhance structure and visual flow.
  
• Deliver timely updates and ensure visual consistency across all active campaigns, platforms, and print materials.
  
• Lead the evolution of visual branding for all hospitality entities, developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across platforms and formats.
  
• Act as the primary creative lead for current or new hospitality brands and sub-brands, providing direction on visual identity, tone, and brand integration.
  
• Maintain and actively enforce brand guidelines across digital, print, and on-site applications, adapting as needed for growth and refinement.
  
• Provide creative input and strategic thinking on long-term brand positioning and visual storytelling.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
  
• Additional certifications in UI/UX, animation, or video production are a plus
  
• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in multi-format design, including digital, print, and video
  
• Experience designing and maintaining WordPress-based websites (no coding required)
  
• Proven ability to support cross-functional teams and adapt across multiple brand environments
  
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), Canva, Figma, etc.
  
• Basic video editing and animation skills: Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent)
  
• Strong sense of brand identity, layout hierarchy, and visual storytelling
  
• Eye for detail and ability to turn complex ideas into clean, engaging visuals
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zones
  
• Confident in presenting creative ideas and receiving feedback constructively
  
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  
• Strong time management, ownership mindset, and solution-oriented approach
  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
  
• Any additional language (especially German, Tagalog, Indonesian, Hindi) is a plus
  
• Familiarity with the hospitality, maritime, healthcare, or recruitment sectors
  
• Experience producing content in international or multi-brand environments
