The Role: We are looking for a versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our fulfillment team. You will act as a "hybrid" creative, responsible not just for cutting clips but for shaping the visual identity of our clients. You must have a sharp eye for color grading, audio engineering, and typography, ensuring every asset aligns with our strict brand guidelines (Luxury, Medical, Clean).

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing (Primary):

• Edit high-quality short-form content (Reels/TikToks) and long-form videos (YouTube) from raw footage.
• Color Grading: Grade footage to match specific brand moods (e.g., cooling down warm footage to achieve a "medical/clean" blue tint) and ensure consistency between A-roll and B-roll.
• Audio Engineering: Clean up dialogue (remove filler words/pauses), implement audio ducking for background music, and select appropriate, non-distracting backing tracks.
• Motion Graphics: Add dynamic, elegant captions and smooth transitions (avoiding jarring or "cheesy" effects).

Graphic Design:

• Design on-brand social media static posts, carousels, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Ensure all typography (fonts, weights) and colors strictly adhere to client Brand Books.
• Create clear, high-contrast Call to Action (CTA) screens that do not obscure brand logos.

Collaboration:

• Implement feedback quickly and accurately (often within 12-24 hours).
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Creative Director to ensure assets meet strategic goals.

Requirements:

Portfolio Required: You must provide a portfolio or demo reel showcasing both video editing and static design work.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and After Effects.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Aesthetic Sensibility: You understand the difference between "dramatic" and "luxury." You know how to make a video feel high-end without over-editing.
• Attention to Detail: You double-check spelling, ensure logos are visible, and maintain consistent pacing.

Reliability: You can hit tight deadlines and communicate clearly if delays arise.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the healthcare or luxury aesthetics industry.
• Knowledge of social media trends (TikTok/Reels audio, pacing).
• Experience with project management tools like Slack and Trello.
