On behalf of one of our clients, a well-established company operating in the construction industry, we are looking for a Credit Control Specialist to join their team in Balotesti, Romania.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and collect outstanding receivables in line with company policies.Manage payment instruments and ensure the accuracy of customer account balances.Perform credit assessments for both new and existing customers.Maintain regular communication with customers to clarify and resolve outstanding debt issues.Take a proactive approach to managing and collecting customer receivables.Prepare, monitor, and communicate payment plans and installment agreements.Issue payment reminders and dunning notices.Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection.Allocate incoming payments accurately.Reconcile customer account balances.Monitor aging reports and outstanding receivables.Perform customer account blocking and unblocking within the ERP system.Prepare debt reports and other relevant financial information.Provide support and information to customers and internal stakeholders.Prepare the necessary documentation for the Legal Department when required.ProfilePrevious experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or a similar finance role.Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.Experience with account reconciliations and cash allocation activities.Results-oriented mindset with exposure to key performance indicators such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and Bad Debt management.What You'll FindThe opportunity to join a stable and reputable organization within the construction sector.A collaborative and professional working environment.Exposure to a dynamic business with a strong customer focus.📩 If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, we would be delighted to hear from you.
