We believe that work should be enjoyable, stimulating and fun!The DepartmentFinance is where the money is, so the department sits at the very heart of our business.Our Finance team is based in Bucharest (Romania) but has representatives based around the world, particularly in Asia which is a major market for us.Building strong and successful relationships with our clients ensures that we are able to maximise our ability to collect money that they owe us.The RoleThe Credit Control Team Leader is expected to efficiently manage the credit control team, ensuring effective debt collection, minimized credit risk and creating positive client relationships.Key Activities:Oversees and supervises the team's tasks to guarantee efficient distribution of work and resource utilization;Guarantee the team meets deadlines and inputs accurate and comprehensive data into the system;Develop and implement effective credit control procedures and policies to minimize overdue accounts and improve cash flow;Deals with complex situations and find the most effective solutions;Engages with other departments in a constructive and efficient manner for an effective communication;Deliver on agreed KPIs, escalate when needed and implement corrective actions plans;Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring their continuous professional growth and efficiency in handling credit-related tasks;Set up workloads for the team members;Propose new solutions aimed at enhancing the team's performance;Participate in hiring new team members;Contribute to the closing balance and the monthly accounts, reconciliations and specific controls;Prepare weekly and monthly Aging Reports/Credit Control Reports or other ad-hoc reports requested by the Management;Key Relationships:Department ManagerOperations TeamSales TeamThe RequirementsOrientation towards results;Strong attention to detail in managing financial data and analyzing credit information;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Result oriented attitude;Problem solving abilities;Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes;Professional usage of Microsoft Office.The DealCommitment, loyalty and passion are the qualities that we admire the most.
