Purpose of the role
Responsible for ensuring the effective administration, compliance, and support of all training-related processes across all AOCs. This role ensures that all training records, qualifications, and regulatory requirements are maintained to the highest standards, supporting operational readiness and safety.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee the accuracy and completeness of training records for all AOC and CCTO personnel, ensuring full regulatory compliance
•Monitor crew qualifications and expiry dates, initiating timely actions to maintain operational readiness
•Identify and report training-related non-compliances, ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly
•Support execution and improvement of internal control processes to ensure data integrity and audit readiness
•Manage administrative updates, including AOC changes, name changes, and long-term crew absences
•Maintain and update databases of internal trainers/instructors and external examiners
•Coordinate the preparation and re-issuance of licenses and attestations
•Ensure timely resolution of training-related queries and support tickets within a 24-hour SLA
•Deliver onboarding and process training for new colleagues across all AOCs
•Collaborate on the development and testing of digital training tools, ensuring usability and accuracy
•Support ad hoc requests from the Operator and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
