Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Criminal Defense Attorney, based in Bucharest, Romania. The Criminal Defense Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in criminal defense cases, preparing legal documents, conducting in-depth research, and developing strategies to achieve optimal legal outcomes. The role requires consistent client interaction, providing expert legal advice, and appearing in court to argue cases on behalf of clients. The Attorney will collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to the firm’s standards of excellence and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Criminal Defense, Criminal Defense Law, and Criminal Law
• Strong foundation in general Law and legal principles
• Exceptional Research skills to support case preparation and strategy
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in legal proceedings
• Licensed to practice law in Romania and in good standing - at least 1 year of qualification
• Proficiency in Romanian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in criminal law or litigation is advantageous
