Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CRM Copywriter (1+ year of experience) with an excellent command of Romanian. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with users after they join our platform - through personalized, engaging, and well-timed messaging.
This is not a copy-paste role. We’re looking for someone who understands tone of voice, user behaviour, and what makes people click, engage, and come back. You’ll work closely with the CRM team to turn data and insights into impactful communication.
Responsibilities within the team:
- CRM Campaign Copywriting
Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications tailored to different user segments. Align messaging with campaign calendars, product updates, and seasonal moments.
- User Retention & Engagement
Create content for automated flows and lifecycle journeys, focusing on personalisation and action-driven messaging. Support A/B testing initiatives to improve open rates, CTR, and overall engagement.
- Tone of Voice & Messaging Consistency
Ensure all CRM communication reflects the brand’s tone of voice - confident, engaging, and responsible. Maintain consistency across all touchpoints and formats.
- Compliance & Guidelines
Follow internal content guidelines and collaborate with the Content team to ensure all communication meets regulatory and brand standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the CRM team and other stakeholders to align messaging with broader campaign strategies and user experience goals.
Facing the challenges of the role requires:
- 1-3 year of experience in CRM copywriting or digital content writing
- Excellent Romanian writing and editing skills
- Ability to create engaging copy for email, SMS, and push notifications
- Understanding of user engagement and retention strategies
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimisation is a plus
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
