Join our CRM Activation team in Bucharest as a CRM Enablement Specialist and help shape customer‑centric, automated marketing experiences for Mercedes‑Benz.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and improve CRM data governance, data quality, and hygiene standards

• Support Salesforce CRM and MarTech ecosystem governance, integrations, and enhancements

• Standardize and evolve KPI frameworks, tracking, and reporting across markets

• Deliver data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, journeys, and conversions

• Enable reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement in collaboration with IT

• Provide guidance to markets and activation teams on data, reporting, and CRM usage

• Identify gaps and drive process and technical improvements

• Collaborate with global stakeholders (markets, HQ, IT, agencies)

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer journeys

• Degree in Marketing, Data, IT, or related fields

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

• Strong understanding of data, reporting, and performance analysis

• Familiarity with data integrations and Data Cloud

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in cross-market / international environments

• Advanced English
