The Role

You will support the Loyalty Manager in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns that keep our patients engaged and informed.

What you'll do:

• Plan, set up, and execute weekly, monthly, and annual direct marketing campaigns across CRM channels.
• Define campaign audiences, messaging, communication materials, and customer journeys.
• Manage the day-to-day collaboration with external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Query databases, analyze campaign performance, and prepare reports on CRM initiatives and loyalty program KPIs.
• Support the continuous optimization and development of our loyalty program alongside the Loyalty Manager.
• Oversee the availability of loyalty cards across our pharmacy network based on business needs.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints related to the loyalty program through official communication channels.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM platforms and tools that support our customer engagement activities.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing, loyalty programs, marketing, or another data-driven role.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, personalization, and targeted communication strategies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, build insightful reports, and monitor key CRM and loyalty KPIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• A customer-centric mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
