We are looking for a CRM Project Manager / CRM Lead to coordinate CRM and customer lifecycle initiatives for the agency’s clients, working at the intersection of strategy, data, media, creative, technology, and implementation.

This role involves orchestrating CRM projects end-to-end and translating business objectives into customer journeys, retention programs, and automated flows that generate measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate CRM initiatives end-to-end, from defining objectives to implementation and optimization.

• Work directly with clients’ CRM teams and the agency’s integrated teams (strategy, data, media, creative, and technical implementation) to develop relevant CRM programs.

• Translate business objectives into customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation flows.

• Manage and prioritize CRM initiatives and development roadmaps.

• Monitor the performance of CRM programs and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to generate insights on user behavior.

• Ensure CRM initiatives are integrated with broader communication and digital experience activities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle management.

• Experience coordinating digital projects or CRM initiatives.

• Solid understanding of customer journeys and retention strategies.

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, or AI-driven CRM solutions (e.g., Taxi for Email, Confluence, Jira, Adobe, etc.).

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (strategy, media, data, creative, technology).

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
