BettingJobs is working with an emerging online casino operator that are looking CRM Specialist to work remotely within Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and schedule casino and sportsbook promotions within the back-office system in line with campaign briefs and marketing plans.
• Set up a variety of promotional mechanics, including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournaments, and loyalty rewards.
• Conduct thorough QA checks prior to launch to ensure promotions run smoothly and without errors.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure accurate setup and seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor active promotions, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, settings, and processes for internal use.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in technical configuration work.
• Proficiency with CMS, back-office tools, and internal promotional platforms.
• Strong understanding of online casino promotions, bonus structures, and wagering mechanics.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills with strong written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in iGaming or CRM operations is an advantage.
