What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Leadership, management, development and motivation of employees in the assigned team:
-leading regular team meetings and managing conflicts,
-providing feedback and conducting performance reviews,
-driving adequate training and coaching initiatives.
Planning, coordinating, and supporting the daily business in the area of Customer Service management:
-assignment/distribution of tasks and controlling the workload using the available systems and tools,
-making sure the agreed processing deadlines are met and the service standards maintained,
-supporting the daily operations incl. independent solving of difficult customer cases.
Controlling and monitoring of Customer Service activities:
-verifying the quality standards and implementing corrective action plan, if need be,
-ensuring compliance with operating guidelines and process descriptions,
-overseeing external service providers, monitoring orders.
Supporting internal and cross-divisional projects and process optimization initiatives.
