What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that guides customers through their questions and concerns. Most of your work will involve inbound calls, with occasional follow-ups.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Answer customer calls and offer clear, helpful support;
- Solve problems and escalate when needed;
- Keep track of interactions using CRM tools;
- Collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience.
