This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. Previous experience is not required, as we provide full paid training. You will work from our modern office in Iași, in a professional, dynamic, and people-focused environment.

✅ What We Are Looking For

Language Skills

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of Irish is vital in order to support communication with client

• Good analytical and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

• The ability to speak and support communication in Irish is highly valued, but not a must
• Experience in banking operations, back office, or administrative roles
