Cerinte


Experience:
- 8+ years in insights, research, strategy or analytics roles;
- Experience working with research agencies and multi-source data environments;
- Strong exposure to marketing and commercial decision-making contexts;
Capabilities:
- We are looking for profiles who combine analytical depth with business thinking:
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights;
- Structured thinking and strong storytelling with data;
- Commercial mindset and curiosity about markets;
Strong advantage:
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
- Experience with brand tracking, segmentation and advanced research frameworks;
- Experience synthesizing multiple data sources (research, internal data, digital analytics, social listening);
- Experience building insight frameworks, dashboards and decision tools for leadership;
- Exposure to consulting, agency strategy or fast-paced commercial environments;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsabilitati


Customer & Market Insights
- Lead customer, brand and market intelligence programs across Group companies;
- Manage research projects end-to-end (tracking, segmentation, ad-hoc studies) with external agencies;
- Translate research outputs into clear insights and recommendations for marketing and commercial teams;
Internal Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Analyze internal data across marketing, digital and commercial sources to identify patterns and opportunities;
- Work with internal stakeholders to interpret performance data and extract actionable insights;
- Synthesize multiple data sources into clear conclusions for decision-making;
- Support planning cycles with structured analyses and insight-driven recommendations;
Campaign & Performance Insights
- Analyze campaign performance across channels and identify improvement opportunities;
- Work with digital media agencies and internal stakeholders to interpret performance data;
- Build post-campaign learning frameworks and institutionalize insights;
Competitive & Social Intelligence
- Track competitors, pricing dynamics, positioning and communication strategies;
- Lead social listening programs (with agencies/tools) to identify emerging themes, risks and opportunities;
- Translate social listening outputs into actionable insights for marketing, communication and leadership;
- Monitor market narratives and anticipate shifts in perception and sentiment;
Deliver structured competitive and market analysis to leadership teams;
Decision Support
- Provide actionable insights for marketing strategy, positioning and commercial planning;
- Support leadership with structured analyses and executive-ready recommendations;
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for ongoing decision support;
