We are looking for Travel Customer Support Agents to join our adventurous project, one of the top players in the travel industry.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Care Advisor with Italian on our team, you will:

• Provide solutions to clients’ issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
• Offer customer service by providing information about travel aspects (flight cancellation, booking tickets, refunds, discounts, destinations, etc)
• Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Very good level of Italian language (both written and spoken)- C1 level
• Have a medium level of ︀English - B2 level
• Customer orientated mindset with focus on problem solving
• Attention to details
• Good computer skills
• Patience and proactivity
• Availability to work from our headquarters in Iasi

Represents an advantage if you have previous experience in customer support or in travel industry
