Responsibilities

Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer support via telephone and email in both Italian and English. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Professionally manage customer calls, emails, and assigned tasks.
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Provide customers with accurate information, guidance, and support.
Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls in a professional manner.
Record customer information and update relevant customer data within company systems and applications.
Become familiar with operational procedures and achieve target volumes for requests, calls, and tasks.
Discuss complex cases and challenges with the Team Leader and other designated stakeholders, while contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.
Actively participate in the development and improvement of operational processes.
Attend and actively engage in all training sessions provided by the company.
Follow instructions and guidance from the Team Leader and management team.
The employee may be assigned additional duties and responsibilities as required by the employer.
