We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representative to join an international technical support team operating in the Renewable Energy industry.
This opportunity is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals who are eager to develop their career within a stable and professional environment. Previous experience in Renewable Energy or Electrical Engineering is not mandatory, as full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle technical support requests received via phone and email (eCare platform);
• Create and manage support tickets based on customer incidents;
• Dispatch tickets to the appropriate engineering teams depending on the issue type and product line;
• Ensure cases are raised within SLA timelines and entitlement checks are completed;
• Escalate emergency cases to TAC/local support engineers when necessary;
• Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and engineering teams;
• Participate in internal trainings and development sessions.

Working Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
